| A very stable US-based end user has an immediate need for an experienced z/OS generalist to join a small but talented team supporting their Sysplex environment. In addition to general experience installing and maintaining program products utilizing SMP/E, specific experience with Mainview, Zeke, and Storage Administration is desired. This position can be filled in multiple office locations in Texas, Missouri and New York. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. A compensation package includes a salary to the mid $150s, as well as a full suite of life and health benefits, a matching 401k, and four weeks PTO to start. | |

| Our client seeks a z/OS generalist systems programmer to assist in supporting most systems-related functions for a small to medium sized mainframe environment. This person should have rudimentary systems support skills in two or (preferably) more of the following areas: z/OS, CICS (CICSPlex a plus), Db2, IMS, Comm Server (VTAM, TCP/IP), security (RACF, ACF2), or DFSMS-managed storage. Solid z/OS troubleshooting as well as strong SMP/E installation and maintenance experience is a must. A willingness and aptitude to learn new things is highly desirable. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is 100% remote. | |
