Senior Mainframe Performance Analyst - Compensation to the mid $100s

An Ohio-based leader in the finance industry, with additional offices in Atlanta and Denver, is looking for an experienced z/OS performance analyst. This person will develop and maintain mainframe capacity/performance systems, databases, and reports that will be used to analyze current resource utilization and performance bottlenecks. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of ten years of systems programming experience with specific concentration in performance management for large, multi-processor, multi-LPAR, Parallel Sysplex environments. Expert level knowledge of WLM and Parallel Sysplex Coupling Facility are required to update/tune using internal change processes. Additional duties will include acting as technical advisor to applications teams in the areas of batch tuning, VSAM, VSAM/RLS and JCL. Experience with SAS coding, SMF/RMF record structures, and TMON performance monitors are highly desirable. Additional plusses include HMC, GDPS, REXX, and Assembler. This high visibility position offers a starting base salary to $140K plus bonus, excellent benefits, and outstanding growth potential. In addition to the offices in Ohio, client will consider filling this position in their Atlanta or Denver area offices, as long as candidates are willing to travel to HQ as needed. Mainframe Storage Administrator - Multiple Work Locations

An industry leader in transaction processing services seeks to add a new storage team member to support a worldwide environment consisting of almost 2PB of IBM DASD and 19PBs of virtual tape running on EMC and IBM VTSs. Desired experience includes use of z/OS-related storage software (e.g., DFSMS, DFSMShsm, TSF, and CA-1); knowledge of mainframe DASD and tape technology and replication solutions; and strong troubleshooting skills utilizing tools such as RMF and SYSVIEW. Experience with HP Nonstop, Stratus, and large UNIX/Linux environments is a plus. An ability to converse in Spanish is also a bonus. Senior CICS Systems Programmer - Multiple Work Locations
