Junior Systems Programmer - Excellent Growth Opportunity

Our respected Maryland-based client seeks to add a junior systems programmer with current experience supporting z/OS environments. z/OS Systems Programmer - Western U.S. Data Center

An established mainframe technology company needs a z/OS systems programmer with strong SMP/E, troubleshooting, and scripting (automation) skills. Qualified applicants will have a recent background in MVS support that includes product installs and a solid REXX coding background (or other scripting language). Senior Mainframe Performance Analyst - Compensation to the mid $100s

An Ohio-based leader in the finance industry, with additional offices in Atlanta and Denver, is looking for an experienced z/OS performance analyst. This person will develop and maintain mainframe capacity/performance systems, databases, and reports that will be used to analyze current resource utilization and performance bottlenecks. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of ten years of systems programming experience with specific concentration in performance management for large, multi-processor, multi-LPAR, Parallel Sysplex environments. Expert level knowledge of WLM and Parallel Sysplex Coupling Facility are required to update/tune using internal change processes. Additional duties will include acting as technical advisor to applications teams in the areas of batch tuning, VSAM, VSAM/RLS and JCL. Experience with SAS coding, SMF/RMF record structures, and TMON performance monitors are highly desirable. Additional plusses include HMC, GDPS, REXX, and Assembler. Due to a retirement, our West coast client seeks a senior or lead z/OS systems programmer to be the lead z/OS technician on an eight-person systems team. Qualified applicants will have solid mainframe systems programming skills that include recent z/OS installs and strong SMP/E. IT Manager/Lead Systems Programmer - DC Metro Area

A Federal contractor is in need of an experienced manager and technician to oversee a staff of 15 which includes Systems Programming, Production Control, and Operations.
