Qualified individuals will have solid z/OS systems programming support fundamentals with strong SMP/E expertise. This experience should also include a broad range of mainframe support skills in at least two or more of the following areas: Comm Server (VTAM, TCP/IP), CICS, Db2, hardware configuration (HCD, HMC, IODF), DASD management (Copy Services Manager), GRS, Coupling Facilities, and automation (SA/390, Netview, OPS/VS, REXX).
