CICS Systems Programmer - 100% Permanent Remote

Sr. Mainframe Storage Systems Programmer - 100% Remote Support

A mainframe end user has an immediate need for an experienced Storage Administrator to provide remote support for their DFSMS-managed storage environment. Primary responsibilities will include: configuring storage; installing and maintaining storage related software products (SMP/E); monitoring/maintaining storage data; and volume space and capacity management. Additionally, this person will be functioning as the primary storage person supporting Disaster/Recovery tests. Knowledge of z/OSMF is a plus. The ability to work in both a team environment and individually is essential. This is a long term, fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity with a competitive rate. z/OS Performance Analyst - Fulltime Remote Employee

A fast-growing high-tech firm wants to add an experienced z/OS performance specialist to its emerging staff. Qualified applicants will be expert in defining and evaluating z/OS-based performance data (i.e., CICS, Db2, MQ, network, storage, etc.) for large Parallel Sysplex environments. They must also be well-versed in writing policies and defining classes for WLM. A working knowledge of extracting and analyzing z/OS-related source data (RMF, SMF) is also required. Experience with Capacity Planning, SAS coding, or MXG is a big plus. Mainframe Systems Programmer - Permanent Remote Position

Our client seeks a z/OS generalist systems programmer to assist in supporting most systems-related functions for a small to medium sized mainframe environment. This person should have rudimentary systems support skills in two or (preferably) more of the following areas: z/OS, CICS (CICSPlex a plus), Db2, IMS, Comm Server (VTAM, TCP/IP), security (RACF, ACF2), or DFSMS-managed storage. Mainframe Product Developer with Windows/C++ - Home-based Opportunity

An East coast software vendor seeks an experienced manager to oversee a team of 8 to 10 people talented developers and support reps. Duties will include keeping products up-to-date with the latest OS changes and management of all product development and release activities with accountability for product quality and on-time delivery within budget. Qualified applicants will have a recent background in MVS support that includes product installs and a solid REXX coding background (or other scripting language).
